Express shipping
The EXPRESS shipping service within Italy is normally active from Monday to Friday. During the warmer seasons, from April to October, shipments are made from Monday to Thursday.
The closure days are Saturday and Sunday. Orders placed on Friday or during the weekend will be processed and prepared starting from the following Monday.
To ensure the proper preservation of products during the warmer months, between May and September, shipments are made using refrigerated packaging.
After completing the order on our e-shop and receiving the relevant confirmation email, the order will be processed to allow delivery within 24/48 working hours from shipping confirmation, barring unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
Delivery is made via couriers TNT, BRT, or GLS and costs €7.00. For orders equal to or greater than €65.00, calculated net of any applied discounts, shipping is free.
IMPORTANT: shipments directed to islands or certain remote areas may require different delivery times.

When the total order value reaches €65.00, net of any promotions or discounts applied, Domori offers free delivery.
International shipping
Shipping can also be requested outside of Italy. In this case, delivery is made via express courier UPS or FEDEX, with a cost of €20.00 for European countries and €40.00 for non-European destinations.
For orders over €160, international shipping is offered free of charge.
The Republic of San Marino is considered an international destination and is therefore subject to the same shipping conditions indicated above.
Any customs duties are not included in the shipping cost - including those currently foreseen for Great Britain following Brexit - and will be requested from the recipient of the package or, in the case of gift shipments, from the sender.
